If you are a Penn State technical contact who needs to implement an integration of the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) service for an application or system, then you will need to complete the 2FA request form to start the integration process.
When contacting IdS to request an integration, be sure to include at least these three items:
- Integration type: Review and then choose which integration type will work best for your application and service. Review the types on Duo’s Documentation page.
- Integration name: Decide on an integration name, which needs to be unique within the University and can use hyphens and spaces (for example, the department name/distinctive abbreviation for the department and a short description of the application/service).
- Contact information: provide contact information for the person(s) responsible for your integration.
You can submit a request with the above information at: Two-factor Authentication (2FA) Request
Once on this form at: What is your request, select Server Administrator. This will provide you with the other fields that are needed for a 2FA integration.
