Information Technology Services (ITS) has launched the first phase of the Penn State Service Management Program. This launch features several changes that make it easier to request help and track questions submitted to the IT Service Desk, including the Penn State Service Management Portal.
The IT Service Desk serves as the single point of contact for critical and non-critical Identity Services (and all of IT) service requests, service changes, reporting technical problems, and sharing feedback with Identity Services.

The ITS Accounts Office remains the single point of contact for problems, questions, or assistance with Penn State Access Accounts.
